Narita International Airport is located in Chiba Prefecture. Located about 60 km east of central Tokyo, it is Japan's leading air gateway. There are about 100 airlines that fly there, and it connects to about 140 cities in around 40 countries.
Haneda Airport, located on the west coast of Tokyo Bay about 15 km south of central Tokyo, does not have as many international flights as Narita Airport, but the number of flights is increasing year by year, and access to overseas destinations from the city center has improved significantly.
There are two ways to travel between Narita Airport and Haneda Airport: the Airport Limousine Bus and the train. Both take about 1 hour and 45 minutes. If you take the train, you will need to transfer, but if you use the limousine, you can just get on the bus when you arrive at the airport and travel comfortably while sitting down.
