Sakuranoyama in Narita City has an area of 4.9 hectares, an observation deck, and benches. It is located on a small hill next to Narita Airport, and offers a great view of aircraft takeoff and landing under the cherry blossom trees. It has been used for filming on television and has become a new tourist spot in Narita. There is also a tourist product center called "Sora no Eki Sakurakan".
Physically, the person is at a level where they can fully operate a wheelchair and move around, such as with lower limb paralysis.
In terms of facilities, there are some challenges, such as stairs and slopes within a certain range, but they are at a level where they can be used independently in a wheelchair.
⚪︎Narita Sakurayama Park is based at the barrier-free facility.Sakuranoyama in Narita City is a park located on a small hill north of the 4,000m runway of Narita International Airport, where you can experience planes taking off and landing up close. It is widely known as a popular tourist spot where you can enjoy around 500 cherry blossom trees and airplanes together, and has been selected as one of the top 100 views of Chiba.
⚪︎From the Sky Station Sakurakan to the airplane observation point at Sakurayama Park, it is about 80 meters up a slightly steep uphill slope.
⚪︎The higher parts of the park have flat terrain, with some paved roads and hard dirt roads. An aircraft landing on Narita Airport Runway A passes slightly diagonally above. You can see the planes taking off from Runway A and hear the roar. The plane taking off will take off in the opposite direction from Sakurayama Park, so it will not be directly overhead.
①From JR Narita Station Omotesando Exit (East Exit) Platform 2 and JR bus bound for the Aviation Museum and get off at "Sakura no Yama" bus stop.

The higher parts of the park have flat terrain, with some paved roads and hard dirt roads. There is also a ramp that bypasses the stairs.
The opposite side of the parking lot entrance is wheelchair accessible. From this deck space, head towards Sakurayama Park.
Sky Station Sakurakan is a barrier-free facility. One barrier-free toilet will be provided in front of the main entrance.
The slope from The Sky Station Sakurakan to Sakuranoyama Park is gentle under the cherry blossom trees.
