This museum was built on an embankment between the Tone River and the Edogawa River. It opened in 1995 and is a faithful reproduction of the castle tower of Sekijuku Castle, which once existed in this area. The theme of the museum is "Rivers and related industries." The history of Tone River flooding and flood control, economic history, and political and administrative history of the Sekijuku domain will be introduced.
