This observation facility is located on Cape Ogura, a cliff about 60 meters high located at the western end of Byobugaura. From the observation space on the third floor, "Light and Wind Deck," you can get a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and the long, curved coastline of Kujukurihama.

This observation facility is built on a cliff approximately 60m high, and is conveniently accessed by car. Leave the national highway past Iioka Fishing Port and go up a steep slope. There is a free parking lot that can accommodate approximately 60 cars, including two disabled parking spaces.

The entire area has been developed into a park, with walking trails that make it easy to move around in a wheelchair. There is a small Iioka lighthouse on the premises, and you can access it in a wheelchair without any problems.
Iioka Gyobu Misaki Observatory is a three-floor facility. There is one elevator, and a disabled toilet is available on the 1st floor.
The 2nd floor is the floor where you can enjoy the view from indoors. You can use the 2nd floor with peace of mind even in the cold winter. The interior has a flat structure and is wheelchair accessible. It is also used as an event space where panel exhibitions can be held.
The 3rd floor is the main outdoor observation floor. Even though it is an outdoor type, it has a roof and is an observation floor that can be used without any problem in light rain. Another name is "Light and Wind Observatory". Wheelchair users can enjoy 360 degree views.
