"Umihotaru Parking Area" is a unique parking area in the world, built on a 650m long island (Kisarazu Artificial Island) that is surrounded 360° by the sea. It consists of 5 floors, with parking on the 1st to 3rd floors, and business facilities on the 4th and 5th floors. Physically, the person is at a level where they can fully operate a wheelchair and move around, such as with lower limb paralysis.
In terms of facilities, there are some challenges, such as stairs and slopes within a certain range, but they are at a level where they can be used independently in a wheelchair.

Access:Umihotaru, located in the middle of the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line, can be accessed from both sides of Tokyo Bay (Kawasaki and Kisarazu). The best way to drive to Umihotaru is by car, as you don't have to worry about time. You can also make a U-turn at Umihotaru PA.
You can also go to Umihotaru by bus from Kawasaki Station or Kisarazu Station. Both routes operate 13 times a day on weekdays and 16 times a day on holidays. Please be careful not to miss the last bus.

Around the 5th floor, there is an observation corridor where you can see the opposite shore across the ocean.
There is a restaurant on the 5th floor and light meals (takeout) on the 4th floor.

Multipurpose toilets are located on floors 1 to 5 (5 locations), handrails, and entrance/exit width: 80 cm or more.
