The precincts of Naritasan shinshoji temple are divided into three major areas: the lower part of the precincts at the main gate level, the middle part of the precincts at the main hall(Daihondo) level, and the upper part of the precincts at the Great Peace Tower level.
There are elevators and slopes that go over the stairs in the three areas and the entrance to the main hall, so you can visit the shrine in a wheelchair.
The distance between Narita Airport Terminal 1 and the Naritasan Shinshoji Omotesando entrance is approximately 9 km. Transportation options during Narita Airport Terminal 1 and the Naritasan Shinshoji Omotesando entrance include trains, taxis, and route buses. The frequency of each service is as low as 1 to 2 per hour for trains and 5 per day for Route buses. Taxis cost about 8 times more than trains or buses, but there is almost no waiting time.

From Omotesando, passing through the main gate, there is a flat paved path all the way to the stairs in front of the Niohmon gate.
Those in wheelchairs should not climb the stone stairs in front of Niohmon Gate.If you go to the left, you will find an elevator that will take you to the middle level.
There is a paved walkway from the elevator boarding area to the main hall.
If you go next to the main hall, you will see an elevator. This elevator will take you up to the main hall.
If you are in a wheelchair, please use the elevator next to the stairs.
There is a paved walkway from the elevator boarding point to the Peace Tower, and there are several temples along the way.
From near Heiwa Daito, you can overlook the adjacent Naritasan Park. There is also a ramp at the museum "Reikokan" located at the point where you exit the precincts from the Peace Tower.
