Chiba Urban Monorail Zoological Station(CM09)

Dobutsu Koen Station is a station on Chiba Urban Monorail Line 2, located in Minami-cho, Wakaba-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. The station number is CM09.
The north entrance is directly connected to the main gate of Chiba City Zoological Park via a pedestrian deck.
It is an elevated station with two island platforms and three tracks, and as barrier-free facilities, there are elevators from ground level to the ticket gate floor, and from the ticket gate floor to the platform.

The railroad tracks and each platform on the third floor has an elevator to the second floor.The station office and ticket gate are on the second floor. There is a passageway from the ticket gate to the chiba zoological park and ground level. There is an elevator which go from the second floor to ground level.
There is no multipurpose toilet at Dobutsu Koen Station.Please use a multipurpose toilet in the chiba zoological park.
Dobutsu Koen Station is an unmanned station. When wheelchair users use an unmanned station, they must apply for use via the intercom when they arrive at the station. The attendant who receives the application will contact the train crew, who will then provide assistance.
