Kashiwa Station(JL28)

Kashiwa Station is a JR East/Tobu Railway station located in Kashiwa 1-chome and Suehirocho, Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture.
It is served by three lines from two companies: JR East's Joban Line, the Joban Rapid Line (Ueno-Tokyo Line), the Joban Local Line, and Tobu Railway's Noda Line (Tobu Urban Park Line).
The station building has a walkway on both sides of the central entrance, and the East and West exits are shared by connecting the two walkways. On the other hand, the South Exit has a single overpass connecting the station buildings of both companies. The ticket gates for JR and Tobu are completely separate, and there is no connecting ticket gate, so passengers cannot transfer without passing through both ticket gates.

The railroad tracks are on the first floor,the station building are on the second floor.There are stairs down to the station square.
There are 3 elevators from the ticket office to the platforms, which are wheelchair accessible. The inside of the station building is flat all the way to the ticket gate. There are wheelchair-accessible elevators on the double deck beyond the JR West and East exits. Multi-purpose toilets are located inside the JR South Exit ticket gates and on the Noda Line platform floor.There is a ramp just before the south exit ticket gate of the Noda Line.
