JR Goi Station

Goi Station is a JR East/Kominato Railway station located in Goi Chuo Nishi and Goi Chuo Higashi, Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture.
JR East and Kominato Railway each have one island platform with two tracks, making it a ground-level station with two platforms and four tracks in total, and an elevated station building.
An overbridge leads from the station building to the Kominato Railway platform. At the entrance to the Kominato Railway platform, there is a simple Suica ticket gate for passengers transferring to the Kominato Railway Line using Suica (including interoperable IC tickets).

The railroad tracks are on the first floor and the station building is on the second floor.There are 2 stairs down from the station building to the platform.There are 4 stairs down from station building to the exits.
There is one elevator at the platform 1 and 2 to access the station building. There is 1 elevator at the East exit to access the station building.There is no elevator at the west exit to access the station building.The inside of the station building is flat all the way to the ticket gate.
Wheelchair-accessible toilet is located inside the ticket gates.
From Jrstation building to the platform 3 and 4 (Kominato Railway platform),There is no elevator, only stairs.Therefore, if a wheelchair user requests boarding, several station staff will carry the wheelchair the user is in and help them move.
